Necklace transformation

A very shine necklace come to see me together with her owner… they told her it was silver, it wasn’t, it’s white metal, some of those strange metal alloy I don’t understand….!

It doesn’t matter, I couldn’t solder or do anything fancy with the metal it self by giving hammered texture as we first decided but nevertheless something nice and that she likes come out of it.

I removed the parts she didn’t want to be part of this new creation, added Onix  beads in different shapes and here it is !

She likes it and was nice to make it.

Last of ‘Fleur’ collection.

I had one last clasp of ‘Fleur’ collection, I had a bit of fun with cold enamelling, I  used the small fresh water pearl that my mother gave me a while ago…well years ago ! and made her a long necklace. She hasn’t seen it yet, if she doesn’t like, it will be available to purchased, I’ll keep you posted.

Let’s change this ring ! I’m not wearing as it is…

A client contact me asking if i could do something with the ‘unused’ and a stone she likes to use with the idea of giving you new life. Of course I said !

Geometric ring with a sparkling blue stone

so here what she gave me, I’ll clean and polish the ring, change the ring band, the shank, and set the stone inside the square….well this was the idea ! Then we decided that a new square box for the ring was better option, the original one wasn’t very square !!

Here is the new ring. The stone is Drusy,dyed.

She likes it ! So she decided to have matching necklace…..

 

From old to new

She had an old ring in silver, forgotten, unused, not of her taste any more… so we decide for  a par of earrings. Here they are.

Didn’t know if oxidised them, then I decided to partially oxidised them. She likes them so do I !

As gold pollen….

I have made a  pair of cuff links for my friend Robert who was going back to South Africa, here you can see part of the journey in the making

‘Sun’ Ring, customised for Anna

Anna’s birthday is coming soon,  and she decided she loved to have a ring to celebrate the day with a piece of jewellery that she can cherish. She likes my ‘Sun’ Ring but she wanted something extra added to it. Gold sheet on the side….

She choose to have the ring made in Sterling  Silver with 18ct yellow gold parts.

Here is the finished ring.

The stones she choose to have on one side is Green tourmaline and Peridot on the other side of the tube.

The texture, on a base of shiny polished ring, is created using frosting wheel that gives a modern feel to the ring.

A dear friend, asked me if I could polish and clean one of her old silver ring. Of course I said !

So I polished the ring all shiny, the using a frosting wheel i gave to it a modern texture. Simple ting to do, but it makes a big difference to what it was before so she is happy to wear it again.

Pierre, wants to give a nice present to his girlfriend, so he contacted me. After chatting a bit the idea came, he said…Yes yes!!!!  I know …’I want to give Maya a pair of earring matching her ring’ !! So all set. We need 18ct yellow gold and 2 nice square garnet.

So here we have the lovely earrings they both like very much.
